Battery Galveston Seawall

Battery Galveston Seawall was a part of Fort San Jacinto, which was part of the harbor defense of Galveston and was built in 1943. The battery was operational until 1946. It was equipped with four 90mm anti-motor-torpedo-boat (AMTB) guns.

Nowadays the battery is open to the public, but just one of the fundaments is visible.
