Commonwealth War Grave Lodz
The "Doly" cemetery contains the grave of the South African WO/AG Herbert James Brown, who was shot down in the night of 13-14 August 1944 and subsequently captured by the Germans. He died of his wound on 17 August 1944. The precise location of the grave is not known to date.
