Litzmannstadt Ghetto - Radegast Station
From this train station, more than 150.000 Jews from the Lodz ghetto (Litzmannstadt) were deported between 16 January and 29 August 1944 to the extermination camps.
The train station today:
It is since 2005 a Holocaust museum and memorial site dedicated to the Jewish Lodz victims.
