Jugendverwarhlager Litzmannstadt

This concentration camp for children was established in 1942 and remained active until 1945. There were thousands of boys between the age of eight and fourteen forced to do labor in this camp. There were also cases of children who were two years old.

Some of the original camp buildings have survived the war.
