Memorial Sergeant Yahya

Memorial for the Gallipoli Campaign (1915-1916). It was built in the names of Sergeant Yahya from Ezine and sixty three soldiers at his command. Sergeant Yahya from Ezine with his sixty three soldiers prevented the enemies from crossing the city by combatting with three enemy regiments for forty eight hours. Symbolic statues of Sergeant Yahya and his two friends are on the monument.
