Festung Thorn - Fort VIII
This fort was built between 1899 and 1890 as component of fortress Toruń. Fort VIII was used as prison camp and Luftwaffe storage.
The fort today:
Fort VIII is currently abandoned and for the most part has deteriorated and is in ruins. A simple memorial for the victims of National-Socialism can also be found here.
