Crash Site Avro Lancaster DS835

Close to the crash site of Lancaster DS 835 is this memorial with the following text:

Here an R.A.F. Lancaster bomber of 115th Squadron crashed on the night of 16th December 1943. All the crew memebers perished. In the old churchyard at the foot of the old bell tower in the centre of Heemskerk they were put to rest.
