Memorial Crash Short Stirling BK 782

On the Goyerdijk in 't Goy, municipality of Houten, a memorial stone with plaque has been placed in memory of the crew of the crashed plane. An information panel is placed near the brick. The crew consisted of:

Tommy Emberson, 22 years old
William Lambie, 28 years old
Bertie Brown, 23 years old
Peter Hanberger, 20 years old
Bert Mugridge, 20 years old
George Rodway, 22 years old
George Rutherford, 28 years old

All are buried in Amersfoort at the Rusthof cemetery.
