Memorial Cementery of Lecce

Within the confines of the Communal Cemetery in Lecce, there is a large Military Memorial commemorating about 250 local men who died in both the Great War and WW2 and who are buried there. The monument consists of an impressive screen wall with six large panels listing the names of the men. In front of the wall there are 2 WW1 artillery pieces.
