Women's Tri-Service Monument

The Women's Tri-Service Monument is located at Memorial Provincial Park. It was erected by the Women's Tri-Service Association WWI & II Veterans of Winnipeg and dedicated on 4 July 1976.

The monument consists of a round base atop which stand bronze statues of three women in Second World War era miliarty dress. They stand at ease with their backs to each other, facing out around the circle. One woman wears the uniform of the Canadian Women's Army Corps, one wears the uniform of the Royal Canadian Air Force Women's Division, and one wears the uniform of the Women's Royal Canadian Naval Service.
A bronze plaque on the monument's plinth reads:

TO HONOUR ALL WOMEN
OF THE
BRITISH COMMONWEALTH
WHO SERVED OR GAVE THEIR LIVES
DURING THE TWO WORLD WARS
1914-18 1939-45
