At the top is the image of a victorious woman.
One hand rests on a shield, in the other she holds a palm branch.

To the left of the central area:

Died for the Fatherland - 2 names

Died in the field of honor - 5 names
Died in captivity - 2 names
Died as a resistor "- 1 name

Right :
"To the fighters - deportees
and citizens of Paliseul
Tribute and tribute

Died in commanded service - 3 names
Civilian Casualties "- 7 names
