Bunker Pantherstellung Hoevelaken
In the autumn of 1944, the German army constructed the Pantherstellung defense line.
The line ran from Germany to the IJsselmeer near Nijkerk and was intended to stop a further Allied invasion of the Netherlands. The bunker on the Weldammerlaan in Hoevelaken is part of the Pantherstellung. There was an anti-tank gun in the bunker.
