War Memorial Mutters

In the village of Mutters there is a monument in the cemetery in memory of the inhabitants who died in the 1st and 2nd World War. The monument has in the center a stone relief of "two kneeling soldiers before the cross", on the side and below this relief several memorial plaques with the names of the fallen.

The inscription under the relief;
"Our Brave Heroes of the World War 1914 -1918
Created as a symbol.
Mutters Raitis Kreit"

At the bottom of the monument the inscription:
"In faithful memory of the fallen in the 2nd World War 1939 - 1945"
