Belgian War Graves Fays-les-Veneurs

The municipal cemetery of Fays-les-Veneurs contains two war graves.

Felicien Victor ROZET , born in Fays-les-Veneurs on August 8,1913 .
He was a soldier of the 4th Ardennes Hunters.
On 25 May 1940 he was wounded in heavy fighting for the Leie in Gottem. He died on May 28 in Oeselgem. He was 27 years old.

Jean DUPUIS , born in Fays-les-Veneurs on December 15, 1918.
He was a soldier with the 1st Ardennes Hunters.
On 22 May 1940 he was wounded in Zwijnaarde while withdrawing to the Lys position.
He later died in the hospital in Roeselare from the injuries sustained earlier.
He was 22 years old.
