Ordensburg Vogelsang - Athletics Stadium
In the German Eifel is the former military training ground Kamp Vogelsang, a remnant from the Nazi period. In the early 1930s it was built as one of the three German Ordensburgen, training and education camps for the elite of the National Socialist young men. At the time, the Ordensburg Vogelsang offered the toughest training available in Germany. Before that, it had, among other things, sports fields and an athletics stadium.
