Fountain Ahaus

On the square in front of the town hall, in the center of Ahaus, there is a monument in the form of a fountain. On the outside on the water reservoir on plaques the names of the inhabitants killed during the 1st World War.

The fountain with the name "Georgsbrunnen": The fountain consists of a round column in the middle with a figure of St. George. There are six memorial plaques on the outside of the fountain.
