Centenary Tree Battle of Mons 23 August 1914

This oak was planted on 23 August 2014 in the presence of the municipal authorities of the City of Mons and representatives of the former belligerent countries in order to commemorate the centenary of the Battle of Mons and in memory of all those who suffered during this conflict.
