'A HUMAN BEING IS FORGOTTEN ONLY WHEN HIS NAME IS FORGOTTEN'
(Talmud)

Here in Leiden two Stumbling Stones were laid on January 11, 2023 for:

KURT POLLACK, murdered on Jaanuary 14, 1945 in Bergen-Belsen.

GERTRUD POLLACK-SIMONS, liberated from the "lost train", succumbed on April 25, 1945 in Tröbitz.

These Stumbling Stones are here for Jewish war victims, deported and murdered in the Second World War.
