Belgian War Graves Tereken-Sint-Niklaas

A field of honor has been laid out on the left and right of the cemetery in the main avenue to the war memorial.

On the stone wall are the memorial plaques with name, date of birth and death and place of death. There are some victims of the first and second world war.

There are also some fallen from the war in Korea.

Another cemetery section contains a number of victims of the First World War, most of whom died in exile in Germany in 1917.

Emiel Van Daele was killed in Merkem on the Yser in 1918.
