Osaka Camp 13 Tsumori

This POW camp for Allied prisoners of war was opened on August 20, 1943 and remained operational until May 16, 1945. The POWs were put to work in several neighboring yards. The prisoners were forced to do repair and cleaning work under difficult living conditions. They were also involved in shipbuilding.
