Crash Site Mustang (FX999 306 Pol. Sqd.)
May 30, 1944: a Mustang (FX999 306 Pol. Sqd.) makes an emergency landing along the Dalmsholterdijk. The pilot Czesław Oberdak manages to escape with the help of the resistance. However, he is still arrested by the Germans and dies among the 116 murdered victims at the Woeste Hoeve. A few years ago his body could be identified.
