Crash Site Messerschmitt Bf 110 140024
On Wednesday 26 July 1944, a German night fighter, the Messerschmitt Bf 110, work number 140024, crashed at this location. The 21-year-old Gefreiter Kurt Kudritzki was killed. The other 2 crew members managed to leave the aircraft in time, but were injured.
In memory of this event, this information panel was placed by the Historical Circle Dalfsen in the context of 75 years of liberation.
