Peel-Raamstelling - Foxhole South

On Fortification Vossenberg , the remains of three foxholes can be seen. These formed the connection between the two groups of casemates. Farmer horse owners near Vossenberg hid their horses here at the end of the war. This prevented the Germans from taking the horses to Germany. There was a permanent civilian guard. At night, people slept in a makeshift hut.
