Memorial Lock Keeper Victor Kemp
Monument in memory of the Veurne lock keeper Victor Kemp. During the First World War he verified every day the level of flooding in the Yser region and brought it up to the desired level if necessary.
The monument was inaugurated on 11 November 2018.
