Belgian War Graves Gouy-lez-Piéton

The cemetery in Gouy-lez-Piéton contains the grave of a military victim of the First World War. It concerns PIRET Joseph, soldier of the 4th Line, killed in Halen on 12 August 1914.
There is the grave of Joseph Lhoir, Mayor from 1921 to 1940 in Gouy-lez-Piéton. He was murdered by French soldiers on 17 May 1940 in the yard of the Farm "du Péchon".
