Memorial Winfield Scott Hancock

Winfield Scott Hancock 1824-1886 is best known for his role as a U.S. Army general in the American Civil War particularly for his troops victory at Gettysburg, repulsing Pickett's charge.
He unsuccessfully ran for President in 1880.

Dedicated on May 12 1896 by President Grover Cleveland.
