Liverpool Blitz Memorial
This monument near the of Liverpool Parish Church commemorates the citizens of Liverpool and Bootle who lost their lives during the German air raids known as “The Blitz” between 1940 and 1942. The monument was unveiled on 7 July 2000 by HRH The Duke of Edinburgh.
