Commemorated are
BREUWER Joseph, age 26, from Jalhay, sergeant in the 13th line regiment, killed in action at Oud-Stuivekenskerke on October 25, 1914.
CROISIER François, 27 years old, from Jalhay, soldier with the 13th linieregiment, died by accident (bullet in neck and head) at Alveringem on August 3, 1918.
DEBERG Simon, aged 20, from Jalhay, private of the 6th linieregiment, killed in action at Haacht on August 26, 1914.
DELHAVEE Hubert, 27 years old, born in Jalhay, soldier with the 12th linieregiment, killed on September 29, 1914 during a reconnaissance at Kapelle-op-den-Bos and missing since then.
PAROTTE Jules, 30 years old, born in Jalhay, soldier in the 1st regiment Artillerie Lourd (heavy artillery), died at Besneville (France) of jaundice.
PAULY Prosper, 26 years old, born in Jalhay, sergeant of the National Guard on horseback, died at Marck (France) on May 3, 1916 by suicide (gunshot in the right temple).
LEGRAS René, age 22, born at Jalhay, corporal in the 13th linieregiment, died after the war at Jalhay on February 3, 1919 from kidney disease.
Later two more names were added at the bottom of the marker of two soldiers killed in World War II
DARIMONT René, 23 years old, from Jalhay, resistance fighter with the Armée Secret, executed near the Citadelle of Liège on May 5, 1943.
DERECOGNE René, 30 years old, born in Jalhay, soldier with the 1st Regiment Grenswielrijders, killed on May 13, 1940 at Philippeville.
