-In memory of all ranks of the Cape Mounted Riflemen who died during the Anglo Boer War 1899-1902.
-in memory of the Officers, NCOs and men of the South African Light Horse, 1899-1902
-Lt Col Edmund Baron Hartley V.C., C.M.G 6 May 1847 -20th Mar 1919. Senior Medical Officer Cape Colonial Forces 1878-1903.
