"V" Graffiti Anjeliersstraat
On this house on Anjelierstraat, the letter "V" can still be faintly seen in white. The letter "V" was used by both the German occupiers and the liberated Dutch to symbolize impending victory. This "V" was likely painted on the house during the liberation of Alkmaar.
