Stelling van Amsterdam - Fort H
Built between 1873 and 1877 as part of the Muiden Fortress and the Defence Line of Amsterdam, it was surrounded by a moat and intended for storing weapons and ammunition. In 1962, the Vecht Bridge (A1) was constructed next to the fort; part of the moat was then filled in. Today, it is used as a restaurant and marina.
