Monument Gojko M. Kruska

Gojko Kruska was a national hero in the former Yugoslavia.
In 1941, he joined the partisans and became an intelligence officer.
He also became a member of the Chetnik youth movement.
On December 24, 1943, he was arrested and sentenced to death by the occupying forces' military court on January 13, 1944.
He was publicly hanged.
