German War Graves Étretat

This cemetery contains twelve German war graves from the First World War and one from the Second World War, spread across the old and new sections.

From December 1914 onwards, there was a British hospital in the immediate vicinity of the cemetery. After a few of the dead had been buried in the existing cemetery, two plots and a later extension were set aside for Commonwealth graves from February 1915 onwards, where these German soldiers were also buried.
