War Memorial Klosterholte

Next to the youth center in Klosterholte stands a memorial commemorating the victims of World War II. The memorial is a small brick wall with a plaque in the middle bearing the inscription:

“In memory of World War II 1939-1945”

Below this are a number of names of those who perished. A little further on, there is a wooden display case containing a photo collage of those who died or went missing during the Second World War. This display case was placed there by the Klosterholte Civil Militia.
