War Memorial Dohren

In the town of Dohren, in front of the church in the center of town, there is a large brick memorial with three plaques on the base and a life-size statue of a German soldier on top. On either side of this statue is a German war cross with the names of the deceased and missing residents of the municipality of Dohren underneath.

The inscription reads:

"In memory of the fallen and missing from both world wars.
Never forgotten in the German Land, may they rest in peace in God's hands."
