Belgian War Graves Marvie

At the church St.Etienne, in the old cemetery of Marvie, are three war graves.

Emile Courtoy, Private 2nd Class, fell on the Field of Honor in Naninnes on August 20, 1914, at the age of 25.

Ernest ANNET, 49 years old, and his daughter Marie ANNET, 6 years old, victims of the bombing of Marvie on 20 December 1944.
Nicolas Mathieu, 63, died in Lutrebois during the bombings of January 1, 1945.
