Memorial Complex "Volkhov Front"

This memorial complex is standing on the former defence line of the Volkhov front. The German army was stopped on this line and the Soviets held it for 795 days and nights untill the final counter offensive in 1944. Visitors of this complex can exhibit original defence structures, the memorial and weaponry.
