Belgian War Grave Mont
The Mont cemetery contains the war grave of Joseph BONTEMS, a soldier in the 3rd Regiment of the Ardennes Hunters, 1st Battalion, 2nd Company. He was born in Mont on July 15, 1919, and was killed in Zeveren (Vinkt) on May 27, 1940. He was killed during renewed contact with German infantry on the southern edge of Vinkt.
