At the Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham (USA) is a Commonwealth war grave from the second world war.
It is the grave of:

Leading Aircraftman Kenneth Walter (Jnr) Dean, R/125962, Royal Canadian Air Force, died at age 20 on September 13, 1942.

Presumably, this Canadian aviator died during a pilot training in America.
