This memorial, at The Keep Military Museum, commemorates the allies who fought for freedom in World War II, in Dorchester as well as the rest of the world.

all those Allied service me and women
who served here in Dorchester
and in the County of Dorsetshire
and to all those who fought
all over the world
on land, sea and air.
Never forget those who gave
