Former Headquarters NKVD & Gestapo
This building served as headqaurters of the NKVD from 1940 to 1941 and then from 1941 to 1944 the headquarters of the Gestapo. From 1944 it was again the headquarters of the NKVD.
The names of persons who were murdered inside this building are inscribed on the wall.
