V1 Feuerstellung 623 - Concrete Roads

This base was used to launch V1-bombs, mainly to London.

The concrete paths were constructed for the movement of the trucks that transported the V1 bombs from the neighboring station where trains arrived from the German production plants and the carts that the vehicles transported during storage and preparation phase of the launch. In the "Bois-des Huit Rues" is a total of over one kilometer concrete paths.
