La croix des Carmes Montauville

This memorial at the Croix des Carmes commemorates the Battle of Bois-le-Prètre which took place in World War I.

At the front of the monument is the text:
HEROES
OF
BOIS LE PRÊTRE

To the Fighters of the 73rd Infantry Division fallen to the Bois le Prêtre during the heroic period 1914-1915

On the back are the names of the fallen.
