Festung Graudenz - Fort Dab

Fort Dab was constructed at the beginning of the First World War as component of the Grudziadz citadel. The Germans reused it in 1944 and constructed two Tobruk bunkers.

The fort was used in the defence of Grudziadz in 1945 as it provided artillery cover to the northern part of the city. There were fierce fightings at the fort itself.
