Commonwealth War Cemetery Sydney

Sydney War Cemetery contains 732 burials from the Second World War.

At the same site there is the New South Wales Cremation Memorial, with 199 names and the Sydney Memorial with almost 750 names of missing people from the army, airforce and merchant navy.

Sidney War Cemetery is a part of the Rookwood Necropolis. At this cemetery there are another 253 burials from the Second and 393 from the First World War.

Next to the war cemetery is the New South Wales Garden of Remembrance, commemorating soldiers from the First World War who were buried in this region but whose graves could not be maintained.
