Commonwealth War Graves Cairns Cemetery

During the Second World War Cains was an important harbour. There was also a large air force base.

Cains Cemetery contains 128 war graves from the Second World War.

Of these, 19 are Dutch and eight graves from the First World War.

Most of the graves are located in a plot.
