Memorial Execution 21 December 1944
This memorial is located in a garden at the Blindeweg in Rockanje. On 21 December 1944, two residents were shot for hiding a British pilot. The house was set on fire by the Germans after the execution.
Father Jan Hoogvliet and his son Hugo were executed on the spot.
