War Memorial St. Nicholas Church Shoreham-by-Sea

These memorials, within the St. Nicholas Church, commemorates the members of the parish who were killed or missing in the world wars. Unusually there are more who died in the Second World war than the First.
There is also a memorial to the members of Henry Head's family, one of the sons having been lost on the Titanic and another, Bernard, killed in action in Gallipoli, Aug 13 1915, aged 39.
