Darwin Military Museum

This museum is located in the command bunker of the two 9.2 inch guns which defended the city.

From 1942 on, the Japanese attacked Darwin several times.

In the museum is a 15 minute movie about the bombing of Darwin. There are also weapons and pictures from the Second World War.

Outside the museum the concrete foundations of the guns are still visible.

For current visiting hours, please visit the website of the museum.
