Operation Keystone

British Special Forces Operation, carried out by units of the 2nd SAS Force. The mission was to secure a number of bridges over the river IJssel, which did not go entirely according to plan. However, a number of sabotage actions were carried out near Nijkerk, Putten and Voorthuizen. A secondary objective was an attempt to arrest Arthur Seyss Inquart, which also failed.
